Half Way There

Addison turned six months old today. Time is going by way too fast. She is the happiest, easy going, baby. In the past week she has mastered sitting up. She loves sitting on the floor and playing with her toys. She gets so excited watching Zack play and just lights up when he plays with her. I just know she'll be crawling next week. She still hasn't rolled over from front to back and isn't a big fan of tummy time. I have a feeling that she'll be a butt scooter instead of a crawler.

I've started introducing baby food over the past couple of weeks. She loves bananas and green beans. We started applesauce today and it doesn't seem to be as big of a hit for some reason. We'll try again tomorrow.

I don't think I've had to get up with her at night for at least a week. So nice! I hope I'm not jinxing myself for tonight. Now her brother is a different story. We've started a really bad habit of letting him sleep in our bed at night. I'll hear his little bare feet run across the kitchen floor and then, "Mommy can I sleep in your bed?" I have been too tired to fight him because I had to get up with Addison every night. I'm trying to take him back to his bed now that she is sleeping better, but we've let it go on too long already and he is fighting laying back down by himself.

Here are some pictures from today.
